UP Mobile is an Android app developed by University of Pretoria.

UP Mobile first became available on 04 Feb 2014. It is estimated that UP Mobile has been downloaded between 10000 and 50000 times from the Play Store.

UP Mobile 2.0 requires the following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location. Alternatively, you might want ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to install a shortcut in Launcher.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

This permission is no longer supported.

Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
